I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified First Responder Counselor, and EMDR-certified therapist with a focus on trauma recovery for children, families, and professionals navigating high-stress environments. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, stress and anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences—particularly those connected to childhood, family systems, or high-stress professions facing the invisible weight of their roles.

My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether you're a first responder, a parent, a teen, or someone navigating the impact of trauma and/or everyday life stress, I work alongside you to restore balance and empower your inner resilience.

I've always had a passion for helping others, which led me to earn both my undergraduate (2005) and graduate (2012) degrees in Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working in child welfare for over 12 years, supporting abused and neglected children and their families—particularly within the court system. In 2018, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and in 2020, I earned certification as a First Responder Counselor to better support professionals such as law enforcement, EMS, and healthcare workers. I’ve also served on the Red Cross Mental Health Disaster Team and worked as a mental health liaison in 2019 and for the Fort LeBoeuf School District from 2022 to 2025, supporting both students and staff.  In 2023, I developed a trauma-informed co-parenting program to help separated or divorced parents navigate family court with the best interest of their children at heart.

My approach is direct, compassionate, and trauma-informed, rooted in creating a safe, structured space for healing. Whether you're a parent involved in the family court system, a first responder carrying the invisible weight of your work, or someone seeking to process complex past experiences and stress, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity and strength.
